Refund policy
30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return, for any reason or none. The calendar can be sealed or opened — we do not ask you to prove anything.
How to start a return
Email vicefinds.team@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days with a return address. There is no form to fill in and no photos to send.
Return shipping
Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in those cases we cover it. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us it is still your responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we inspect it and issue the refund within 3 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes a further 3 to 10 business days to show it. We refund the price you paid for the product. Shipping Protection, if you added it, is not refunded.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still see nothing, contact your bank first, then us.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace the item at our cost or refund you in full. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask.
What we cannot accept
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse or accident
- Orders where the delivery address entered at checkout was incorrect
Cancelling an order
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full, provided the parcel has not shipped. After it ships, the return process above applies.
European Union customers
If your order is delivered in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy is more generous and runs alongside that right; it does not replace or reduce it. To withdraw, email us at the address above. You also keep the legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU law.
United Kingdom customers
You have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 30-day policy runs alongside it.
